FCTOR Business Solutions Inc. (FBSI) is a duly ​registered corporation, who is licensed to operate with ​the Security and Exchange Commission (SEC) and ​Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), with a purpose of ​providing accounting services to global companies ​operating in the Philippines.


The corporation is also registered under the Local ​Government Unit (LGU) of Imus, Cavite Philippines.


The Firm is headed by a Certified Public ​Accountant, Mr. Kristoffer Carl M. Asuzano, a ​practicing professional in the industry of Accountancy ​for numerous years who has already secured ​accreditation from the Board of Accountancy (BOA), ​to practice as public accountant, and accreditation ​from the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), as Tax ​Practitioner.
